Our After-School Programs

At Preble Arts, we provide a nurturing and empowering environment for at-risk youth to explore their creativity and develop essential life skills through art. Our programs offer a range of engaging activities and projects designed to inspire imagination and foster personal growth. Best of all, our after-school programs are entirely free, reflecting our commitment to supporting and empowering every child in our community.

R.I.S.E.

Our R.I.S.E. (Respect, Integrity, Spirit, Experience) program brings hope and growth to our community's youth. This transformative after-school initiative is dedicated to empowering at-risk teenagers. Through a blend of artistic expression, mentorship, field trips, and skill-building activities, R.I.S.E. provides a supportive space where young individuals can explore their potential, overcome challenges, and cultivate resilience. With a focus on building confidence, fostering creativity, and instilling valuable life skills, this program aims to uplift and inspire each participant to reach their fullest potential.

To join, a student must be referred by a school counselor, therapist, case worker, the court, or any other qualifying individual.

S.T.A.R.

S.T.A.R. (Supporting and Transforming through Art and Resilience) is a nurturing after-school program designed to uplift and empower children ages 8-11. This vibrant program is a space where creativity thrives, friendships blossom, and young minds are inspired. Through hands-on art projects, engaging activities, and meaningful discussions, S.T.A.R. fosters resilience, builds confidence, and equips children with invaluable life skills. From exploring different art mediums to developing problem-solving abilities, this program offers a dynamic learning journey that encourages self-expression and personal growth.

To join, a parent/guardian must complete an application form and it must be accepted before attending.
